Anxiety and depression evaluations, diagnosis and treatment plans including counseling and medication.

Evaluation and treatment for children with eating disorders, obesity, and weight management problems.

Regarding no show and late cancel of appointments
2 no show appointments in 1 year, you will receive a pending termination letter from our office. The 3rd no show in 1 year, you will be terminated from our practice and a letter will be sent to you. We need 72 hours (3 days prior to the appointment) cancelation notice for 1 hour specialty appointments or there will be $50.00 charge. *If you are unsure if your appointment is a specialty appointment please ask.
